The most elegant expression in the Martini & Rossi portfolio — Bianco Vermouth has been captivating aperitivo culture since its creation in Pessione, Italy in 1910. Originally known as "Bianchissimo" (meaning ‘whitest’), it remains the most cosmopolitan of Italian vermouths: pale, aromatic, and unmistakably refined.
Crafted from a base of selected white wines infused with a proprietary blend of aromatic herbs and flowers, Bianco strikes a distinctive balance between sweet and dry. The nose is delicate and floral, with vanilla and citrus at the fore. On the palate it’s smooth and rounded, with an intense yet gentle sweetness that makes it as approachable on its own as it is versatile in cocktails.
