Producer Description 

In the pursuit of intense and original flavors, our team set out to create a new generation of heirloom corn. The early growing years were curated by our team, with only the finest kernels selected for eventual growth in the fields. Years later, that corn – proprietary to Widow Jane - was harvested, driven to Red Hook and mashed, fermented & distilled, and placed into new, charred American oak barrels. The wait was a test of endurance, but the payoff? Exquisite. Because when you start with the finest raw materials, the result is extraordinary bourbon.

Baby Jane is a bourbon whiskey made from our own unique heirloom corn, “Baby Jane." This unique corn has depth, sweetness and creamy-spiciness that makes Baby Jane Bourbon truly different. Distilled by Widow Jane Distillery in Red Hook, Brooklyn and in Kentucky. True small batch bourbon; hand-assembled in Brooklyn, blended only a few barrels at a time. Non-chill filtered and proofed with our own mineral water from the legendary Rosendale mines of New York.

Winemaker Description

Combining a blend of foraged botanicals alongside classics such as coriander, wormwood, orange, and myrtle, Dalton Gin boasts a rich juniper core, and ought to be ideal for Martinis and the like.

93 Points Wine Enthusiast | Within the beautiful floral bottle, this brisk gin opens with plenty of juniper, but melds floral, citrus and spice tones in equal measure. White flowers and lime peel lead to a long, warming finish accented with cayenne and pink pepper. Mix into G&Ts and other long drinks. Made with botanicals foraged from Israel's Galilee region; kosher and kosher for Passover.

Think ripe plums, dark berries and cola, with a pleasingly spiced finish and just the faintest bitter edge. Whisky Advocate 92 Points | This Quinta Ruban succeeds the 12 year old version, adding two additional years of finishing in port casks, while maintaining the same bargain price. The result is a symphony of understated opulence. Marzipan, fresh apple and pear, milk chocolate, red berries, candied ginger, and praline on the nose build slowly, leading into a fruity, spiced palate. Flavors of soft gingerbread, molasses cake, cherry pie, spiced plums, almond nougat, and dark chocolate intermingle with faint strains of pipe tobacco. It sings on the finish, with a parting crescendo of hazelnut, spice, cigar wrapper, and lengthy oak.

Quinta Ruban 14 year has spent 10 years maturing in American white oak casks, before being transferred into specially selected ruby port pipes from the Quintas or wine estates of Portugal.

A blend of our rarest malts and most superior grains, matured to their peak, Johnnie Walker Blue Label represents our highest achievement. Blue Label recreated the flavors of the Walkers' early whiskies, in a bottle that also takes its design from the 19th century. Every single component of the exceptional blend has been handpicked from exclusive distilleries, some of which are no longer in existence. We draw these components from extradordinary casks, usually one in every two million. Cleopatra Oro is a Grappa obtained from very fresh marc, featuring a refinement and bouquet rarely found in a distillate. A brief stay in oak barrels completes the structure. Our mezcal is handcrafted and distilled on our namesake farm with a recipe passed down from Yola’s grandfather.

In 1971, Luis Jimenez purchased a mezcal farm in San Juan Del Rio, Oaxaca.

Today, we still honor his original recipe, abiding by the 300-year-old method of traditional mezcal making.
