Finishes with a long lemongrass, aniseed, and bitter wormwood fade. Brilliantly crafted and balanced even at full strength. Tasted louched as an absinthe cocktail: Hazy peridot color. Rounded, more emphasis on the herbal, pleasingly bitter wormwood, earthy dried herb, and crushed aniseed notes. A very seriously poised and wondrous digestif.
