All products that bare the Zachlawi name are handcrafted in small batches to ensure consistency and superior quality. The Zachlawi Distillery took root and has been in full operation on the Jersey Shore since 2004. It continues to experiment, push the envelope and boldly go where others dare not.

This amazingly smooth product provides a gentle Anise flavor with subtle hints of fruit and wood undertones. It maintains a long lingering finish with a slightly spicy mouthfeel. Try an amazingly different product. Fig Arak: produced in small batches by hand with figs soaking in alcohol for no less than 120 days.

Kentucky-Boondocks 6 Year Old Straight Bourbon Whiskey is incredibly smooth and rich. Finished in used port barrels, the flavor becomes complex. Robust, fruity, and nicely balanced with warm bourbon notes and accents of raisins, vanilla, and smoke from the port barrels. Long finish.

Producer Description

Buffalo Trace Distillery produced this Wheat Recipe Bourbon in a partnership with the Chicago Rabbinical Council (cRc). Made with the same high quality grains as W.L. Weller Bourbon Whiskey, this Kosher spirit was aged in specifically designated Kosher barrels. In order to satisfy Passover requirements, these barrels were sold to a non-Jewish executive in a ceremony witnessed by a representative from the cRc. After aging for seven years, this Wheat Recipe Bourbon was bottled at 94 proof after ensuring the bottling lines were cleaned beforehand and that no contact was made with non-Kosher spirits. 

Released after Passover each year, this Wheat Recipe Bourbon stands alone, a tribute to the legacy of America’s oldest continually-operating distillery.

Producer Description

This clear distillate with a sweetish almond aroma from the pits and a delicate, fruity flavour, is prepared by Vizovice master distillers using the latest technology, under the supervision of representatives of the Jewish organization which awards the kosher certificate.

Prior to production, manufacturing facilities must be purified by being rinsed with hot and cold water. However, to fully enjoy its quality, you do not have to be members of the Jewish community. The exclusivity of this distillate is underlined by its luxury packaging.

The Dalmore Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky recently introduced a new 21 Year Old, the newest whisky in the brand’s Principal Collection. This expression will be an annual release, and is limited to only 1,000 bottles available in the U.S. In a statement from the distiller.

The Dalmore 21 is described as the essence of the carefully-composed spirit produced by The Dalmore’s stills, with a character developed over two decades. This new expression rests for an initial period in American white oak, ex-bourbon barrels. The whisky is then matured in rare casks sourced from Sherry makers Gonzalez Byass of Jerez, Spain.

These casks were previously used within the solera system to produce The Dalmore’s 30 Year Old Matusalem Oloroso Sherry. The distiller’s notes show that The Dalmore 21 features the brand’s characteristic flavors of bitter chocolate, Seville blood orange and subtle spice.

The Dalmore team sought to create harmony in this whisky, balancing the characteristics of Colombian coffee on the nose, sweet licorice on the palette and peaches on the finish. Master Whisky Maker Gregg Glass said that only after 21 years can a whisky of this quality and depth emerge, creating a distinguished single malt.

Produced in a traditional pot still by Dijon micro distiller Gabriel Boudier, Saffron Gin is made to a 19th century Indian colonial recipe that contains nine fresh botanicals. These include juniper, coriander, lemon, orange peel, angelica seeds, iris, fennel, plus saffron which gives a delicate spicy character.
