This is a carefully constructed wine produced from select growing sites throughout the Willamette Valley, all of which practice sustainable growing practices and carry Biodynamic® Demeter certification. Fruit for this wine is predominantly in Laurelwood, volcanic and marine sedimentary soils.
Complex aromas of earthy forest floor and sandalwood mingle with a melange of berries on the nose. These aromas waft from the glass, introducing a sumptuous mouthful with flavors of black cherry, raspberries, dark chocolate, and black pepper on the mid-palate. The finish is supple and salivating with lingering flavors of red fruit and pepper, leaving you wanting another sip.
