The bodega stands in the historic Pago de Valdestremero estate, where the vineyards were already famous in the 16th century, producing grapes used in the wine served at the Court of King Philip II in Valladolid.

92 Points James Suckling: I love the apple blossom and white peach aromas of this racy and very focused dry riesling that is only medium-bodied (12% alcohol), but it is beautifully balanced with a long crisp wet stone finish. The best vintage of this Finger Lakes stalwart in quite a few years! Drink or hold.

Inspired by the success of our rosé wines made in the Hamptons and in Mendoza, Summer in a Bottle has taken us to the rosé heart of the world, Côtes de Provence, France. Bringing our distinct, deliberate, and focused approach to making sophisticated, fruit driven, and elegant rosé from the place rosé is most famous.

Perfect pale, light rose in color. Beautiful floral and crushed stone aromas and fine peach and melon notes fill the glass. The mouth-feel is delicate and playful with fantastic ripe fresh fruit and classic minerality. There is an overall sophistication and calmness from the creamy yeast characters but also a lively and food friendly acidity.

The 4 grape varieties have come seamlessly together into a wonderful Rose blend that is lingering very nicely on a long finish. This is one of the most balanced Rose's that is very versatile and can accompany an array of food.

Serra is the name the winery's family since long time has assigned to the fresher and more delicate slope of the Serraboella. More evolved soils, richer, less dry, in a more closed and fresh valley, gives origin to rigorous wine, full but never opulent and balanced in their freshness. For some years now, in the Serra they do not have only Neive grapes but also a small portion comes from the Rivoli region of Alba.

Robert Paker 92 Points |  This wine sees its fruit sourced from multiple villages: San Casciano, Gaiole, Castellina and Greve. The 2021 Chianti Classico Riserva Villa Antinori is not married to a specific subzone of the appellation because it seeks to embrace a house style rather than a vineyard identity. Aged in tonneaux with some barrique, the wine is rich and lasting but not large. In fact, it remains elegant on the palate with fine tannins and good fruit tension with cherry and blue flowers.  Drinking 2024 - 2030.  -

Sophisticated Pinot from a classic California name who is devoted to crafting wine with a bold new world flair while using original rootstock from Burgundy. Always sourced from an exemplary single plot in the cooler regions of Russian River Valley and matured in an abundance of new oak for 12+ months.

The 2022 comes from a cooler Russian River site and offers a complex bouquet of red currants, smoked earth, ground pepper, and exotic floral and rose hip notes. Rich, medium-bodied, and seamless on the palate, its incredibly classy as well as perfectly balanced.

Pair with: baked salmon, roasted pork loin, duck with figs

Generous tropical fruits pair with white flowers and citrus on the nose. Ripe peach and mango aromas play with more exotic fruits like passion fruit and Fuji apple. In the mouth, key lime flavors hang on a medium full body, which contrasts beautifully with the firm acidity and slightly mineral tone on the finish.

Pairs beautifully with fresh oysters or a spicy Asian stir-fry, especially one with lots of fresh herbs like mint, cilantro and basil. Winemaker Description.

Winemaker Description

Ménage à Trois Red Blend brings together three strange bedfellows: Zinfandel, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. To add complexity and retain character, each variety was fermented separately, then blended together prior to bottling. On top you’ve got Zinfandel, a saucy tease that brings blackberry and raspberry jam to the relationship. Merlot, with its generous mouth feel and red fruits, fits perfectly in the middle. The rich flavors and firm tannins of Cabernet Sauvignon make it the ideal candidate for the bottom layer of the trio.

Forward, silky and soft, this delicious dalliance makes the perfect accompaniment for grilled meats and chicken.

Oscar Garcia Moncada | 67 Wine: The Leflaive family name boasts a long and distinguished winemaking tradition in Burgundy, making it perfectly fitting for them to extend this tradition north to Champagne. In February, I had the pleasure of tasting through the Valentin Leflaive Champagne lineup and was thoroughly impressed by each cuvée. Among my top favorites is the Valentin Leflaive Champagne Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut CV/18/30 NV 750ml, crafted from 100% Chardonnay grapes sourced from the grand cru village of Cramant and the premier cru village of Vertus in the Côte des Blancs. The base vintage is 2018, with a dosage of 3g/L, as indicated by the designation CV/18/30.

The aroma unveils notes of orchard fruit, including green apples, white peaches, and green pears. On the palate, the wine presents a well-balanced blend of flavors, featuring fresh-baked pastry and a hint of lemon meringue, complemented by a yeasty undertone. The acidity beautifully harmonizes all the flavors, leading to a refreshing, bone-dry finish.

This Champagne is an excellent choice for serving as an apéritif or accompanying shellfish-based dishes with a herb buttercream sauce.

Mevushal. Suppose you hear Zinfandel and immediately think of sweet pink wine. In that case, you owe it to the wine lover inside you to get a bottle of Baron Herzog Zinfandel, a colossus of red wine from California's iconic kosher winery. 

In the same way, Napa is synonymous with the great California Cabernet Sauvignon. Lodi is known as the perfect site for growing Zinfandel. And that is where Baron Herzog winemaker Joe Hurliman sources his fruit for this bottling, a heady, jammy, spicy masterpiece with gigantic fruit flavors and a silky intensity. With a smoky note that comes through on the finish, this is a hedonist's dream served with smoked brisket.

Baron Herzog Old Vine Zinfandel offers a rich texture and lovely notes of cherry compote, cranberry and black pepper.

Oscar Garcia 67Wine.com | Beronia Gran Reserva is one of my favorite Gran Reservas. Every vintage seems to get better and better. The long-term aging Gran Reserva gives the wine time to develop a great arrange of flavors and nuances, not found in younger wines. Aromas of toasty oak, cassis, dark plum and cedar. Medium to full-bodied. Great length and integration. Serious but approachable.

93 Points James Suckling | Plenty of berries with sweet oak, walnuts with some dried flowers. Medium-to full-bodied, fruity and chocolatey. Coffee, too. Tempranillo, graciano and mazuelo.

92 Points Wine Enthusiast | Aromas of vanilla, licorice and ripe berry fruits introduce this warm-year gran reserva. The palate is full on first take, then popping acidity pushes the flavors towards currant, tomato and red plum. The acidity drives a dry finish with plenty of oak spice. Give this lots of air and time if drinking now but it’s good through 2032.
