Our Chardonnay is made from organic grapes grown in the upland Redwood Valley in Mendocino County, where a cooler climate promotes a gradual ripening of fruit and facilitates the production of refined and complex wines.

Fermented cool (~55° F) in stainless steel on oak. To add complexity after fermentation, the wine remained on its primary lees (yeast) and oak for the duration of its aging.
