You will recognize Bergamot Orange as the primary flavor in earl grey tea. It is a sturdy citrus originating in Southern Italy with juices that are less sour than a lemon, but more bitter than a grapefruit. Our Bergamot Marmalade is a perfect companion with tea and toast or as a marinade for meat, fish or tofu.
Ingredients: Bergamot orange, sugar, water.
