Eric Guido writes: The 2019 Valpolicella Superiore Classico Sant'Urbano is perfumed in the glass, as savory herbs, crushed rocks and graphite give way to peppery blackberries and currants. This coasts along the palate, cool-toned and finessed with a core of crisp red fruits and minerals cascading across the palate.
