Delicate mousse, straw gold color with hints of silver. Fairly light on the nose. Notes of wet stone, toast, white peach and white flowers. Crisp acidity and minerality with a floral finish.

Medium lemon in the glass, nice foam. Medium aromas of wheat bread, apple and lime. Dry, medium+ acidity, medium alcohol, medium body, medium flavours of bread, apple, butter, herbs and chalk, long finish. Very good!
