From a plot on a plateau on the left bank of the Serein, across from Fourchaume, from vines planted in 1974. A fresh cuvée because the grapes never have direct contact with the sun, as the rows are planted east to west. Fermented and aged in tank.

Vinous | The 2021 Chablis Terroirs de la Chapelle has a refined bouquet with green apple, freshly-sliced pear and flecks of white peach. Fine definition here and commendable focus. The palate is medium-bodied and a little more malic than the "Terroirs de Chablis". Fine mid-weight depth, a subtle saline note pops up on the finish; this should drink well for several years. — Neal Martin

90 Points Robert Parker's Wine Advocate | The 2022 Chablis Terroir de la Chapelle wafts from the glass with aromas of honeycomb, pear, mandarin zest and iodine, followed by a medium to full-bodied, satiny, racy palate, concluding with a saline finish. This is one cuvée that remains more classically proportioned in this generally fruit-forward vintage.

While managing a wine bar in his native Quebec, Patrick Piuze found his calling to the vineyards of Chablis, and has since become one of the region’s hottest rising stars. His 2022 Terroir de la Chapelle is an energetic, lively Chablis with classic citrus and orchard fruit flavors framed with crisp acidity and a beautifully detailed mineral finish. A refreshingly good wine for seafood and light poultry dishes that can also match well with spicy Asian infused cuisine.
