Eric Guido writes: Zests of lime give way to crushed rocks and minty herbs as the 2023 Extra Dry Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore opens in the glass. It splashes across the palate with a wave of silken bubbles offset by saline minerals and tart orchard fruits. A spike of acidity adds lovely balance. The 2023 leaves a tinge of sweet spice contrasted by sour citrus, tapering off with wonderful length and freshness. Drinking 2024 to 2027. - Vinous 92
