Decanter 92 Points Jane Anson | A richer texture than the Hauts de Smith, less aromatic overall, one that is aimed more at the restaurant trade. The feel and form in the mouth is spherical but beautifully precise, it has weight through the mid palate with citrus fruits, white flowers and touch of bitterness on the finish of saffron and turmeric. 50% new oak.

James Suckling 95 Points writes | A very fine and transparent wine with sliced lemons, melon, stone and hints of grass. Bitter lemon, too. Medium to full body. Hints of phenolics and fine texture. Drink or hold.  - James Suckling 95

Antonio Galloni of Vinous writes | The 2020 Le Petit Haut Lafitte Blanc is gorgeous. Rich, effusive and creamy, the 2020 Le Petit Haut Lafitte Blanc is so expressive today. Tropical overtones and a kiss of new French oak are very nicely judged. Passionfruit, mint, orange confit and chamomile are nicely lifted by bright acids that confer energy.

William Kelley of the Wine Advocate writes | Aromas of ripe peaches, nectarines, white flowers and mint introduce the 2020 Le Petit Haut Lafitte Blanc, a medium to full-bodied, round and unctuous wine with a satiny attack and a seamless mid-palate that just lacks a little energy to score higher.
