100% Gewurztraminer, 100% Finger Lakes terroir selection. Sourced from 2003 planting site, limestone sandy soils. Aged 11 months in French oak neutral barrels with stirring of the lees (Bâtonnage sur lies).
This is a perfect complement to any cuisines, as the texture is great due to stirring.
