Their uncompromising work is a constant quest for excellence, with the aim of expressing their terroirs in each glass.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch5\u003eVineyards and Farming\u003c\/h5\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAt the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail, Plan de Dieu lies on terraces of red clay covered with rolled pebbles. These stones retain the sun’s warmth into the night. The Plan de Dieu vineyard averages 30 years of age and has particularly low yields, producing rich, concentrated fruit.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eElsewhere on the estate, Sablet’s gentle slopes have sandy soils and gravel that bring finesse and mineral qualities, while the varied soils of Gigondas produce structured, complex wines. Grape varieties are vinified separately before blending.
