Early Mountain Vineyards Virginia ROSE 2022 750ML

The pale, salmon color primes us for the strawberries, white peaches and floral aromas and flavors of this wine. The acidity brings a brightness to the fruit and the wine lingers with a pleasant citrus pith character.
Created specifically to be food-friendly, there’s not a lot of dishes the rosé won’t complement. We love to balance heavier, more fatty dishes like fried chicken and grilled salmon with this fresh, bone-dry quencher. Alternatively, pairing the citrus and grapefruit notes with complementary dishes like tangy goat cheeses and fresh ceviche is a win-win.
