Champagne Grand Cru Les Quatres Cotes de Pertois-Moriset is a grand cru made exclusively from the Chardonnay grape variety and from the mythical terroirs of the Côte des Blancs: Le Mesnil sur Oger, Oger, Cramant, Chouilly.
The bottles rest for at least 36 months in the family cellars, after which disgorging takes place and the dosage is carried out at a low sugar level (3g/L). This Champagne Grand Cru Les Quatres Cotes de Pertois-Moriset exhibits a golden yellow color and an expressive nose of ripe fruits, dried fruits.
The palate is just as expressive and intense, with lots of structure on aromas of nuts, pastry cream and yellow fruits. A round and charming Champagne that will satisfy the greatest number!
